MyDayLogs complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and emerging multi-state privacy laws including VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), and UCPA (Utah).
Right to Know
You have the right to request what personal information MyDayLogs has collected about you and how we use it.
Email privacy@mydaylogs.co.uk to request your personal information. We will respond within 45 days.

You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Note: MyDayLogs does not sell personal information. You can manage marketing preferences in your account.

MyDayLogs is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
